I was looking for sturdy pond lighting that did not cost me an arm and a leg. So many of the pond lights that I have used did not last because they were made of inexpensive materials. This light is well made, includes a weighted base, and comes with ample connecting wire.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
